They are actually great tools for improvement! <br \/><span style=\"font-size:14px\">(Markus Groll)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The basic requirements for a project compendium\/guideline always have&nbsp; to be complemented with the specific requirements and demands of the the current project.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"first-letter\">In the<\/span> early 90ties, when CAD-Systems got more and more established in architectural and engineering offices noboday realized that without comprehensive structure of the CAD data the technological advantage melts down to nothing. Today CAD-data are standard in every building project. But it seems,&nbsp; that there is still a well-guarded principle: &#8220;Every drafts-person is an island&#8221;<\/p>\n<section class=\"tm-main-bottom uk-grid\" data-uk-grid-match=\"{target:'&gt; div &gt; .uk-panel'}\" data-uk-grid-margin=\"\">\n<div class=\"uk-width-1-1\">\n<div class=\"uk-panel uk-panel-box widget_text\">\n<h5>Three main factors still lead to chaotic structures:<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>No user training<\/li>\n<li>No project standards for CAD, CAFM, and software interoperability&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>No one cares!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>WITHOUT &#8230;<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction to the stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Assistance and training for the users<\/li>\n<li>Controlling of results and quality<\/li>\n<li>Thorough implementation into the project and the specific organization<\/li>\n<li>Constant optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>projects are doomed to fail short-term and long-term.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p>Elaborate,
