We are planning every building according to modern technical standards, to design principals for creating living spaces, constantly rethinking and adjusting our ideas to the changing requirements of our modern lives. Ecology, energy and “cradle to cradle thinking” are a few of the challenges we are facing here.
Lines and intelligent drawings in a design today are usually created digitally with the help of CAD software, but sometimes the intuitive “look and feel” of a 5 B pencil is the reason, why “good lines” arise from the creative mind and intuition of the designer.
- The project… is utter chaos …
- The construction site … is a mess …
- The building… is not ready for occupancy …
- The building operation … starts way too late
Poor project management always leads to missing the marks of the predefined project goals (budget, time, quality)
… and this way to the failure of the whole project.

Project commissioning is the process of assuring that all systems and components of a building or industrial plant are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the owner or final client.
It should be self-evident that building projects have a proper and thoroughly documentation after their completion. Unfortunately our experiences in facility management show, that this is still an illusion for a large part of building projects until today….
The daily work in an architectural or design office has changed tremendously over the last 30 years:
… from an analog to the full digital world of today.
